To ask Customer Support for help logging in, send an email to DynatraceOne@dynatrace.com. In the message body, provide your name, organization, email address, and a description of the problem.
If you’re a Partner and having issues logging in, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, organization, email address, and a description of the problem.
